Culinary delights

Our healthy and wholesome cuisine is a national treasure. The head manager himself prepares a variety of dishes to tempt your palate: You can choice from four courses, plus a hearty salad bar. On Monday, you can sit down to a five-course gourmet meal, with an aperitif at the hotel bar or in the garden. On Thursdays, there's a festive barbeque, and on Sundays, a buffet featuring a range of hearty dishes.
You are welcome to come into our herbal garden and examine the various different herbs containing healthful active ingredients used in our dishes and homemade juices.
We'll also be happy to serve you our fresh South Tyrolean wines. And the crowning glory of a good meal: a drop of delicious spirits from renowned distilleries…
